Bulgaria faces the Black Sea with its ports, and that exerts a great deal of charm. To reach it you must sail with our cruise through the most noted seas in the world, such as the Aegean and Marmara and the famous Bosporus and Dardanelles straits.
The city of Burgas and Varna are the main ports of our cruise in Bulgaria. Burgas has the interesting Morska Gradina, sea-facing gardens overlooking the beach and the pier at the east side of the city. Approximately 22 miles away, we visit the historic town of Nesebar, famous for its beautiful medieval churches, the houses built with traditional wooden architecture and decorated with floral motifs. The capital Sofia, surrounded by high mountains, enjoys a typically Eastern European atmosphere and charm: it was built in the 7th century BC and is the third oldest capital in Europe after Athens and Rome.
