Denmark

Geographically, Denmark is the bridge that connects Europe and Scandinavia. It overlooks the Baltic Sea and the North Sea, where our cruise takes place. Where myths and legends intertwine with history in this country, home of the Vikings and Shakespear's Hamlet.
Denmark gave birth to the writer Hans Christian Andersen, whose fairy tale, The Little Mermaid, inspired the mermaid statue that is at the entrance of the port of Copenhagen. Our cruise takes us to Denmark, where we will stop in a country that is in continuous cultural ferment. In Copenhagen, we will visit the architectural treasure of Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament. The city is known to be bicycle friendly. Christiania is mostly known for its eccentricity of a partially self-managed community. Then admire the still atmosphere of the Faroe Islands, 18 isolated rocky islands between Norway and the Atlantic Ocean, whose landscape is lit by brightly colored houses and the sea.
