A quiet stroll around colourful buildings preceded by a visit to the famous rum distillery.

What we will see
  • Casa Bacardi
  • San Juan

What we will do
  • Our excursion starts with a visit to Casa Bacardi at Palo Seco. The old production process of first rate rum and the history of the Bacardi family are illustrated to us in the distillery overlooking San Juan Bay on the shore opposite the old city.
  • The large distillery complex also houses an area that is dedicated to tasting and an interesting museum in addition to a fantastic park with well-kept gardens where we can go for a walk.
  • Subsequently we proceed by coach in the direction of old San Juan, where we can see many examples of 17th century architecture in perfect Spanish colonial style.

What you need to know
  • We recommend that you book early because only a limited number of places are available.
  • There will be no guide for most of the excursion, however it is possible to explore the area on your own.
  • As Casa Barcardi is very popular, there may be queues.
